District Community Grants

USTA St. Louis awards funding to deserving providers through our grants program. Grant applications must be received by April 15 and should include your organization/program biography. Providers offering tennis to area youth must offer a Team Challenge as part of their program.

All applicants must be USTA Organization members and all instructors/providers must be Safe Play Certified. Information on membership and Safe Play is available on our Net Generation page. Questions about District Community Grants should be directed to Mary Vassar.

2020 Grants

With the suspension of play and restrictions in place to limit the spead of the corona virus, many summer programs were suspended or cancelled. This shorter than normal list of 2020 grant recipients includes:

  • Ace Academy
  • East St. Louis Community Tennis Association
  • Gerber Wheelchair Tennis
  • Net Rushers

Section Grants

USTA Missouri Valley offers four kinds of grants at the section level; Serve Up, Grow the Game, 10 and Under Lines, and Junior Camp Scholarships. The Missouri Valley Tennis Foundation offers additional grants to individual players and organizations. Click below for information about each grant and to submit a section grant application.
